How do I return an item?
Please contact us for an RA # before sending a Return
We will only accept a return if a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (please do not destroy the original packaging). Listed products may be returned within 15 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items returned after 15 days or without RA # are subject to a higher restocking fee and may delay processing of your credit.
HOLD ONTO ALL ITEMS UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED TO RETURN THEM.
Please contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new (never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer's packaging. We will issue you RA # and instructions on how return the products. We prefer that returns are sent via UPS. Items returned without RA # are subject to a higher restocking fee and may delay the processing of your credit.
Custom Size orders are considered special order items and may not be returned.
