Typographical Errors

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of FurnaceFilters4Free.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. FurnaceFilters4Free.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. FurnaceFilters4Free.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a FurnaceFilters4Free.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Automatic Re-order Service
If you choose to have FurnaceFilters4free.com send you a new filter every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months you are giving FurnaceFilters4free.com permission to charge your payment method at your selected time frame until you cancel the service. The automatic re-order service may be canceled at anytime. If at anytime you would like to cancel please call or send an email so we can cancel your service. We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping if a new filter is sent out prior to cancellation of the service. All customers are clearly notified of what method they have chosen prior to completion of an order. Customers have the option of selecting "No thanks" to opt-out of the re-order service. If you have any question please feel free to contact us.
Return Policy
We will only accept a return if a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (please do not destroy the original packaging). Listed products may be returned within 15 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items returned after 15 days or without an RA# are subject to a higher restocking fee of up to 35% and may delay processing of your credit. If your order shipped for free, a fee of $8.99 per item will be deducted from your credit to help cover the cost of shipping we incurred to ship your order. We will not accept returns after 60 days of the receipt of your order. Please be sure to inspect your order carefully when it arrives.
HOLD ONTO ALL ITEMS UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED TO RETURN THEM.
Please contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new (never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer's packaging. We will issue you an RA# and return instructions on how return the products. We recommend that returns are sent via UPS.
Custom Size orders are considered special order items and may not be returned.
Service Plan - First Filter Free
By clicking the submit button and clicking the terms and conditions you agree to have a filter shipped to you every 90 days and that your payment method will be charged for the filter, sales tax (WA), and shipping and handling. If you cancel your service plan within the first 90 days you will be charged the full retail price of the free filter you received. You have the right to cancel at anytime. FurnaceFilters4Free.com will do our very best to keep our prices as low as possible, if our product prices increase you give permission to FurnaceFilters4Free.com to adjust filter and shipping pricing accordingly with your plan. If we do foresee and kind of pricing increase in the near future we will notify customers of changes.
