Size 20 x 21 furnace filters September 19, 2011

I rec'd my order as promised.  However, am somewhat dissatisfied with the quality of the filter.  When I went to change it out, it had gotten misshapen by the air flow pulling upward on the filter and it jammed in the opening.  It appears that the paste board framing and the wire supports need to be made stronger to prevent this.

These arrived promptly and the quality seems good, but I found the filter very difficult to install.  Although I ordered the same size filter as was in the furnace, it seems about 1/4 or 1/8th inch too wide -- I had to mangle one it a bit on the corners to install.  The furnace is new, so it could perhaps be a problem with the dimensions of furnace, as the filter that the HVAC guy installed was much cheaper and was also a little difficult to remove.  Can you order in 1/4 or 1/8 in increments?

The filters are a perfect fit, thank you. I was very pleased when I opened the box and pulled out the filters.
